1. Terms of Service

By using Events.rentbean (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services provided by RentBean India.

a. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use this Platform.

b. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during registration and booking.
  • Handle rented items responsibly and return them in original condition.
  • Report damages or issues immediately.

c. Booking & Payments

  • All rentals must be booked in advance via the website or authorized partners.
  • Full or partial payment is required to confirm bookings.
  • Prices are subject to change based on availability, demand, or logistics.

d. Rental Duration & Return

  • Rental period starts from the delivery or pick-up time as agreed.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges.
  • You are responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a. Cancellation by User

  • 48+ hours before delivery: Full refund.
  • 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.
  • Within 24 hours: No refund.

b. Cancellation by RentBean India

If we cancel due to unavailability or unforeseen issues, you’ll receive a full refund and suggested alternatives.

3. Damage, Loss, or Theft Policy

  • Minor wear and tear is acceptable.
  • Damaged, lost, or stolen items will be charged to the renter.
  • A refundable security deposit may apply for select items.

4. Usage Restrictions

  • Items may not be sub-let or used illegally.
  • Use items as instructed.
  • Outdoor use of indoor items may void deposit.

5. Limitation of Liability

RentBean India is not liable for injuries, losses, or delays caused by misuse, logistics partners, or uncontrollable events.

6. Dispute Resolution

We aim for amicable resolution. Legal matters are under the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

7. Changes to Terms

Terms may be revised at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
